Dominion Community Development Corporation (DCDC) is committed to transforming low and moderate-income communities into vibrant, sustainable places where families can thrive. We develop mixed-use and affordable housing projects that offer high-quality homes, desirable amenities, and essential community services. Our projects are designed to be aesthetically pleasing and environmentally sustainable, promoting smart, safe, and energy-efficient living spaces that foster a strong sense of place and community without displacement.

Meet The Founder

Nicole Earle

President

Nicole Earle has nearly three decades of experience in real estate development, finance, and construction. She has an esteemed history of executive leadership in banking and is an expert in underwriting, portfolio management, and tax credit deals including: Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Tax-Exempt Bonds and New Market Tax Credit projects.

She is a real estate leader expert as shown by the cumulative value of the projects she’s developed or financed totaling more than $1 billion.

After seeing the immediate need for housing and economic development services projects in Baltimore City, Nicole quickly combined her skills and desire to positively impact community change and formed Dominion Real Estate, LLC.

Nicole is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and has completed Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership class of 20/21. She has been active in many national and local industry organizations including NAWBO, CREW, CDN, MAHC and National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC).
