Anacostia

In partnership with East of the River Community Development Corporation, we developed a new community with 65 townhouses in the Hillsdale neighborhood.

We spearheaded the construction and rehabilitation of 322 housing units, including rental and homeownership options, along with a community park.

This mixed-income community features 208 rental units, 245 affordable-for-sale units, and 308 market-rate units, providing a diverse and inclusive housing environment.
